Due to the unfortunate selfish actions of some, our current pricing and information about our stock is now availiable by phone or through private email only.

Several of our protected designs have been copied marketed and offered for sale by intellectual property thieves overseas. Like most illegal operations this operates on GREED that of the seller and that of the buyer. In this case selling an inferior version of our products, ultimately harming the consumer and our Foundation. While we have already shut down several overseas producers and sellers the item they made is an ongong problem. We now have the coperation of Homeland security to actively stop the illegal importation of these items by seisure and are taking actions to dramatically lower the profit potential for any reseller that actively participates in this theft.

If you are aware of anyone selling knockoff / unlabeled or counterfits of our trademarked designs please contact us with any information you have. Please warn others that there are confusing items of inferior quality circulating. Together we can hinder their operations and ensure that low ethics, deceptive marketing and unfair trade practices are eliminated.

Please forward this warning to anyone you think would benefit from it and please let us know if you have already been tricked into buying these deceptive items. They typically have no labels, but resemble our offerings in most other ways.

We have retained competent council and expect a case to be brought on the grounds of "TRADE DRESS", copyright and trademark infringement early in 2014. These persons and their business partners and employees should familiarize themselves with the laws they have and are breaking by deceptively marketing these counterfit products.

Parties named in the court action will be notified privately and their names will appear on this page at the apropriate time as will the full disclosure of their actions, and practices we find offensive.

Consider this an oportunity to stop any risky action or privately disclose any mistake you have made in the trafficing of these goods and we will act in good faith to remove you and your business from the ongoing legal process and the court of public opinion as we promote a boycott of the offending businesses and publically rally the World Wide Web in support of our cause. Please understand that our Foundation has 12 years of accumulated friends that will be made aware of our problem. This massive collective of buterfly loving, environmentally protective, web savvy persons many of which grew up on our website may express their disapproval in ways that we can not control or stop. Ask yourself, how many of the more than a million people that have directly interacted in our free educational programs might want to reach out and express their disapproval?
