When you are contacted to go over all details and ensure the proper release of the butterflies then and only then will you receive our commitment to ship living items.

While somewhat rare we do get requests for butterfies to be sent to regions when due to weather issues their release would cause concern. We have the right to cancel any order for any reason. We will contact you as soon as possible if your stated event date or request is problematic.
